This event will include raffles for gift baskets, turkey baskets, afghans, and a lottery tree. Items for purchase include baked goods, Vermont cheddar cheese, jewelry, Christmas crafts and so much more. Shop the "white elephant" table and check out the silent auction. Join them for lunch and try out the chowders or beef stew. All proceeds benefit the Westborough Senior Center Supporters.

Let's Roll! Fascial Release and Tension Relief For Your Body with Karen Mott. Get fascia-nated with your fascia. .Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and penetrates your muscles, bones, organs blood vessels, nerves, and other structures of the body. It’s the interconnected soft tissue scaffolding that gives your body form and shape. When it's healthy, fascia allows your muscles to slide and glide as you move. But when your fascia gets tight, stuck and dehydrated, it can restrict your movement. Restricted movement can also be the result of holding tension in your body due to the habitual ways that we sit, stand, and move around in the world. In this workshop, you will learn how to release the layers of fascia, decrease tension, and create freedom in your feet, legs, pelvis, shoulders, and neck using yoga tune-up balls, breathing techniques, embodiment/interoception, and yoga asana. Expand your inner playground to include this interconnecting tissue, it will deeply enrich your embodied life. The goal of this workshop is to release fascial stiffness, decrease tension and stress, rehydrate fascial tissue and increase mindful movement for a happier, healthier body. Come prepared to explore with play, patience, and curiosity.
**This will expand on the previous workshop but everyone is welcome! Space limited - sign up early!
